about us

Introduction
In terms of the material zirconium dioxide, the dental practice and the patients concerned, an independent, non-profit scientific society is needed that represents their interests and which dental implantology with ceramic implants provides today’s legitimate acceptance and its due importance in general implantology.
So far, no product-neutral, independent, non-economically oriented and democratically constituted society has been available in ceramic implantology.
This gap now closes the European Society for Ceramic Implantology – ESCI, which was founded in late 2017 as a scientific and evidence-based representation of interests for implantology with ceramic implants based in Switzerland.
The European Society for Ceramic Implantology – ESCI
For the first time, implantology with ceramic implants has gained a strong lobby with the European Society for Ceramic Implantology (ESCI). The result is a strong community consisting of scientifically recognized and renowned professionals, interested and motivated members from practice and university, from strong and quality-oriented company partners, as well as from intensive cooperation with other professional societies … all committed to one goal:
“The scientific production and dissemination of evidence-based and in-depth knowledge of dental ceramic implants
for the benefit of our patients”
